Curried Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. curry
    6 c. chicken broth
    3/4 c. chopped green onion
    3/4 c. chopped green pepper
    3 Tbsp. milk
    3/4 c. chopped toasted almonds
    1/3 c. butter
    3 c. raw rice
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. peas
Preparation
    Saute curry in butter, stir in chicken broth and bring to boil.
    Add rice and green pepper, cover and simmer 20 minutes. Remove from heat, add onion and lemon juice; chill.
    Stir in mayonnaise, milk, peas and almonds.
