Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. shortening (oil)
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. sugar or honey
    1 egg
    2 1/2 c. 40% bran
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
    Mix in sugar or honey, bran and milk.
    Let set a few minutes.
    Add egg and shortening and beat well.
    Add dry ingredients and stir only to mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
