Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 large sweet potatoes
1 stick oleo or butter
1 c. (heaping) sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
cream or evaporated milk
marshmallows

Preparation

Bake potatoes until soft; peel.
Beat in oleo, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla; cool.
Beat in egg and enough cream to make mixture smooth and thick.
