Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 green bell peppers
    24 red bell peppers
    12 medium onions
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 qt. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. salt
    4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mince or chop peppers and onions.
    Cover with boiling water and let stand for 15 or 20 minutes; drain.
    Add the seed, vinegar, salt and sugar.
    Boil 20 or 25 minutes.
    Pack in jars.
