Chicken Vermicelli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    1 pkg. Virgo seasoning
    1 bell pepper, diced
    1 onion, diced
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1/4 c. white cooking wine
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. chopped garlic
    2 c. diced potatoes
    1 small box vermicelli
    1 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Boil chicken and remove from broth and bone.
    Skim fat from broth.
    Add next 8 ingredients plus oregano.
    Cook until potatoes are tender.
    Add vermicelli noodles.
    Cook on low for 1 hour.
    Add water to broth as needed.
    Serve with Parmesan cheese.
