Mock Pineapple Cheese Pie(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can crushed pineapple (20 oz.)
3 packets sweetener
1/2 c. boiling water
2 pkg. unflavored gelatin
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. butter flavoring
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/3 c. powdered skim milk
Preparation

Pour hot water in blender with gelatin.
Blend.
Add pineapple and blend for 3 minutes.
Add sweetener and flavorings.
Slowly add powdered milk.
Blend well, pour into 9-inch pie pan.
Sprinkle with cinnamon, refrigerate.
