Sausage And Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 can tomato paste
    1 lb. link sausage, sliced
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    1 onion, diced
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Fry sausage until done.
    Pour off oil.
    Add pepper and water, onion, tomatoes and paste.
    Let simmer for 20 minutes.
    Add mushrooms and cook until done.
    If it's too thick, add water until desired consistency.
    Serve hot over rice.
