Pacific Northwest Barbecue For Salmon, Steelhead Or Trout - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. any brand prepared barbecue sauce
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 or 3 drops liquid smoke (optional, but good)
salt to taste (celery salt is an excellent substitute)
Preparation

Salmon/steelhead fillet or steak, cut out fins.
