Strawberry Jam Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter, softened
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp. lemon extract
    4 eggs, beaten
    3 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    1 c. strawberry jam
    1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar.
    Blend in vanilla and lemon extracts, then eggs.
    Beat mixture thoroughly.
    In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients; set aside.
    In a third, smaller bowl, blend together the sour cream and jam.
    Stir dry ingredients into sugar-butter-egg mixture alternately with jam mixture.
    Stir until well blended.
    Stir in nuts.
    Pour batter into a greased and floured bread pan.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
