Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon, fried crisp and drained
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 small can mushrooms
    2 cans white hominy, drained
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 lb. Old English cheese, cut up (no substitute)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Fry bacon in skillet; remove and drain.
    Saute onion and green pepper in two tablespoons drippings.
    Add mushrooms, hominy and remaining ingredients to skillet.
    Simmer for a few minutes, until cheese is melted, stirring often.
    Put mixture in baking dish and top with crumbled bacon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for at least 20 minutes, until bubbly.
