Swiss-Basil Broccoli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. margarine
1/3 c. soft whole wheat breadcrumbs
1/4 tsp. dried whole basil
1 lb. fresh broccoli
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. skim milk
dash of ground nutmeg (optional)
1/4 c. (1 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation

Melt margarine in a small nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add breadcrumbs and basil; saute 2 minutes or until lightly toasted; set aside.
