Ham-Swiss Cheese Buns(Power Level: Low, 30% And High, 100%) - cooking recipe

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c. grated onion
1/4 c. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. poppy seed
6 large sandwich buns
12 slices boiled ham
6 slices Swiss cheese
1 medium tomato, sliced
1 c. catsup
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. onion salt
dash of hot pepper sauce
dash of garlic powder
2 c. shredded cooked roast beef or chipped ham
6 large sandwich buns
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except meat and buns in a 1-quart casserole.
Microwave on High (100%) for 2 to 3 1/2 minutes or until boiling.
Stir occasionally.
