Pineapple Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) cans pineapple tidbits, drained
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. margarine, melted
4 Tbsp. pineapple juice
Ritz crackers
Preparation

Drain pineapple, save juice.
Mix sugar and flour together. Add pineapple and cheese.
Put in buttered casserole dish.
Cover top with crushed Ritz crackers.
Melt butter; add pineapple juice. Pour over casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
