Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 stick butter, softened
2 pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Spread crushed cookies on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan, reserving 1/2 cup crumbs for later use.
Mix whipped topping, cream cheese, powdered sugar and butter.
In separate bowl, mix the pudding with the milk.
Mix with cream cheese mixture; spread over the cookies. Top with the leftover crumbs.
Chill well.
