Double Crust Pizza Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    3 c. instant mashed potatoes
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 1/4 c. margarine or butter, melted
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    1/2 jar spaghetti sauce
    1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (use 1/2 lb.)
Preparation
    Crust:
    Combine flour, potatoes, milk and margarine or butter and set aside.
