Baked Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes
    1 lb. American cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 lb. bacon
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook, peel and dice potatoes.
    Slice cheese in strips.
    Chop onion.
    Fry bacon crisp and crumble.
    Combine first 4 ingredients. Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with bacon.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Serves 12.
