Apricot Fluff Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
2 1/2 c. boiling water
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (4 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
2 (11 oz.) cans apricots, drained and chopped
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
1 c. cold milk
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
Add pineapple and orange juice concentrate.
Stir well and chill until partially set.
Fold in apricots.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Beat pudding mix and milk. Fold in whipped cream.
Spread on firm Jell-O.
Chill and serve.
