Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    6 egg yolks
    3 Tbsp. cold water
    3 sq. Baker's unsweetened chocolate, melted
    2 c. sifted cake flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. pure vanilla
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar thoroughly.
    Add chocolate.
    Add egg yolks, which have been beaten well with water.
    Sift flour, soda and salt 3 times.
    Add to first mixture alternately with buttermilk until all are used.
    Beat until well mixed.
    Add vanilla.
    Bake in 2 large layer pans (1 1/2 x 9-inch) for about 35 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Use a seven minute frosting between layers and a chocolate frosting on top and sides.
