Quick Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter, melted
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sugar
    fresh or canned fruit or pie filling
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Mix in 1/2 cup sweet milk. Then pour batter over butter in pan.
    Sweeten fruit to taste; pour over batter.
    Put a few dabs of butter on fruit.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
