Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

5 eggs, separated
1 c. sugar
1 lb. cream cheese, at room temperature
1 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix the last 3 ingredients and put in spring-form pan that has been dusted on bottom and sides.
Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored.
Beat in sugar.
Break up cream cheese; add sour cream and egg mixture, beating until smooth.
Add sour cream, flour and vanilla.
Continue beating until smooth.
Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry.
Gently fold into cheese mixture.
Heat oven to 275\u00b0.
Bake 70 minutes.
Turn oven off and leave in 1 hour without opening oven door.
