Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 medium onion, diced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 can tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 can mushrooms
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until tender.
    Cook ground chuck until brown.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Simmer, uncovered, over low heat, about 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
