Sourdough Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 1/2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. instant potatoes
    1 c. warm water
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Add to starter.
    Let stand out of refrigerator 6 to 8 hours.
    Take out 1 cup and save 1 cup to put in refrigerator. After 3 to 5 days, make again.
    If not making bread, throw away 1 cup of starter.
