Cream-Style Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. bacon grease
3 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sour cream
1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 c. self-rising corn meal
Preparation

Heat bacon grease in an iron skillet until very hot.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour into hot skillet.
Place in oven and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes until set.
Slice in wedges to serve.
