Polka-Dot Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. grated orange peel
    2/3 c. orange juice
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/2 c. chopped cranberries
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients except cranberries; beat vigorously 1/2 minute.
    Fold in cranberries.
    Fill 12 greased medium muffin cups or paper-lined muffin cups 2/3 full.
    Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
    Makes 12 muffins.
