Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    3 c. cold cooked rice, cooked and refrigerated at least a day ahead
    4 chopped green onions
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped, cooked roast pork or ham or 1 c. diced shrimp or chicken
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. minced coriander leaves
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Add rice; cook until hot and golden. Add onions, salt and meat.
    When these ingredients are well mixed, hollow a center in the rice.
    Break eggs into hollow well and scramble until semi-cooked, then stir into rice mixture.
    Sprinkle with soy sauce and coriander.
