Chili Con Queso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese (4 oz.)
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
    1/4 c. half and half
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat all ingredients over low heat, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted.
    Serve warm with tortilla chips.
