Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Add eggs and milk.
Then add butter. Yields 20 (3-inch) pancakes.
