Holiday Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
    2 c. finely chopped pecans
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, using only 1 1/2 cups pecans. Place in a covered bowl in refrigerator overnight. Shape into a ball and roll in reserved 1/2-cup chopped pecans. Serve with crackers of choice.
