Sticky Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. flour
    3 c. warm water
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 1/2 c. syrup
    1 1/2 sticks margarine or butter
    raisins (optional)
    walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix yeast and water first.
    Add other ingredients (sugar, oil and salt).
    Then take 5 pounds flour; mix until dough comes off your hands.
    Set dough in warm place to rise (about 1/2 hour). Put wet towel over top of it.
    Let rise 3x double volume.
