Tuna Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can light tuna packed in water, rinsed and drained
1 c. chopped apple
2 Tbsp. orange juice
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped red onion
dash of white pepper
1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
2 Tbsp. applesauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard (spicy or Dijon)
Preparation

Flake tuna with fork.
Add apple, orange juice, green pepper, celery, onion and pepper.
Stir in yogurt, applesauce and mustard. Mix.
Serve on a bed of lettuce.
