Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
5 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
2 c. rhubarb, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
Preparation

Mix together 1 cup flour, 5 tablespoons sugar and butter. Press on bottom of an 8 or 9-inch square baking dish.
Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
