Whipped Topping - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. ice water
1/4 c. instant nonfat dry milk powder
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. powdered sugar substitute
Preparation

Place ice water in a small bowl; gradually add milk powder, beating at high speed of an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in lemon juice and sugar substitute.
Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly
chilled.
A serving amount is 1/4 cup at 11 calories.
