Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage
    several carrots
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    3 or 4 stalks celery
    3/4 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. oil
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    salt
Preparation
    Shred all vegetables.
    Mix oil, vinegar, sugar and spice. Boil and pour over vegetables.
    This keeps a long time in the refrigerator.
