Sausage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 loaves frozen bread dough
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    1 lb. sausage
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Let bread dough thaw and rise to double in bulk.
    Roll dough out thin.
    Brown crumbled sausage and drain well.
    Add eggs, cheese and bread crumbs and mix well.
    Put half of the sausage mixture on each rolled out dough.
    Roll up like a jelly roll.
    Brush outside with beaten egg whites.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    When cool, you can slice and freeze.
