Sausage Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. seasoned sausage meat (Bob Evans)
    1/4 c. margarine
    4 Tbsp. curry powder
    1 medium onion, cut into squares
    1 large green pepper, cut into squares
    2 large tomatoes, cut into wedges
Preparation
    Saute
    sausage meat (drain if you like).
    Add margarine and curry
    powder.
    Add
    onions
    and green peppers.
    Cook for about 5 minutes.
    When ready to serve, add tomato wedges, just until heated through.
    Excellent served over rice.
