Caramel Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    3/4 c. melted butter
    2/3 c. canned milk, divided
    14 oz. caramels
    12 oz. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Combine the cake mix, melted butter and 1/3 cup canned milk. Press 1/2 of the mixture into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 6 minutes.
