Ginger Soy Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    In small 1-quart saucepan, combine a small amount of soy sauce and ginger to form a paste.
    Heat on low, simmer setting on range. Stir and gradually add soy sauce until mixture reaches a boil. Serve hot or cold.
    Makes 1/2 cup sauce.
