Tomatoes Yemistess(Greece) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 small onion
    1/2 c. ground parsley
    1/4 c. blanched slivered almonds
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. uncooked converted rice
    6 to 8 fresh unpeeled medium tomatoes
    4 quartered raw potatoes
Preparation
    Cook meat, butter and onion until browned in saucepan or electric skillet.
    Add parsley, almonds, cinnamon, salt and sugar. Simmer 5 minutes.
    Add rice.
    Cook over low heat 5 minutes. Hollow out tomatoes, reserving pulp and juice.
    Fill with rice mixture.
