Ingredients

1 (14 oz.) bag Angel Flake coconut
1 stick butter or margarine
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1/4 c. granulated sugar
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan, add coconut. Mix until coconut is coated with butter; add milk, eggs and sugar.
Mix well.
Place in unbaked pie shell.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until brown.
Makes 2 pies.
