Pepparkokar(Swedish Christmas Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    4 Tbsp. molasses
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. cloves (ground)
Preparation
    Mix butter, sugar, egg and molasses together in mixer.
    Add flour, soda and spices.
    Chill dough in refrigerator; roll thin and bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
    (Dough may also be shaped into \"logs\", frozen and sliced from ends; not as pretty, but much easier!)
