Fettucini Alfredo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fettucini, cooked and drained
1 c. chopped yellow onion
1 c. fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
1 c. heavy whipping cream
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. peas, cooked
Preparation

Melt butter in heavy skillet over low heat.
Add chopped onion and saute until onion is transparent.
Stir in whipping cream. Mix well.
Now, stir in Parmesan cheese.
When this is mixed well, add cooked peas.
Continue to cook over low heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
Serve over fettucini noodles.
You can use broccoli, shrimp, etc. instead of peas.
