Hungarian Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. beef stew meat
1/2 c. flour
3 medium onions
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. paprika
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. marjoram
1 tsp. black pepper
2 medium pepper, chopped
2 garlic cloves
1 c. water
2 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
6 Tbsp. flour
1 c. water
Preparation

In a large frypan, flour beef with 1/2 cup flour; add onions and oil and brown.
Stir in paprika, marjoram, pepper, green pepper, garlic, tomatoes and 1 cup of water.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer.
Cook approximately 90 minutes or until meat is tender.
