Olive Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
1/2 c. olive oil
2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. ketchup
1 tsp. capers, drained
8 slices bacon, well cooked and crumbled
2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 tomatoes, chopped
4 eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
1 (8 oz.) can ripe pitted olives, chopped
Preparation

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
Mix with remaining ingredients and chill.
Serves 8 to 10.
