Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. mashed bananas
Preparation
    Cream sugar, shortening and eggs until light and fluffy. Combine dry ingredients, then add alternately with milk, beating well.
    Beat in bananas and vanilla.
    Pour in greased and floured pan (9 x 13 x 2-inches).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
