Betty Bowen'S Noodles And Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage, sliced 1/2-inch and shredded
    2 sticks butter
    1 batch homemade noodles or 1 pkg. thick egg noodles (spinach noodles work well also)
    1 beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    about 1 c. flour
Preparation
    Fry cabbage \"slowly\" in 1 stick butter (should take about 1 hour on low). Be careful not to burn, light brown is okay.
    While cabbage is cooking, make noodles.
