Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. sliced Jonathan apples
    1 c. brown sugar, well packed
    2 1/2 Tbsp. tapioca
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 stick oleomargarine
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients together well.
    Put in unbaked 9-inch pie shell and cut margarine up and place all over top.
    Cover with strips.
    Bake in 425\u00b0 oven.
    Check in 20 minutes and bake until done (heat may need to be lowered after 20 minutes).
