Chicken Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 small flour tortillas
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 large evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 small can green chiles
    2 1/2 c. cut up chicken breasts
    1/2 c. diced onion
    2 c. cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
    Saute onion in butter in a large saucepan.
    Add soup, milk and green chiles and blend well on top of stove or in microwave at Medium.
    Roll tortillas with chicken and 1/2 the cheese and set side by side in casserole.
    Pour sauce over top.
    Work down in between.
    Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 or microwave 20 minutes on High.
    Serves 8.
