Cream Of Tomato Soup(Yields 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. fresh tomatoes, cooked
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. milk or Lonalac (scald milk)
    dash of cayenne
    dash of pepper
    bay leaf
Preparation
    Cook tomatoes, onion, pepper, cayenne, sugar and bay leaf together for 15 minutes; strain.
    Melt butter and blend in flour. Add milk gradually, stirring constantly.
    Garnish with watercress.
