Microwave Sliced Bake Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    2 to 3 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 to 3 Tbsp. parsley
    4 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Peel potatoes if skin is tough.
    Cut potatoes into thin slices but
    not
    all
    the way through.
    Put in microwave-safe dish
    and sprinkle with melted butter and parsley.
    Microwave on
    High power 10 minutes; rearrange potatoes after 5 minutes. Let
    rest
    for
    5 minutes.
    Sprinkle with Cheddar and Parmesan cheese.
    Microwave
    4 to
    6 minutes on High until cheeses are melted and potatoes are soft.
