Bill'S Fried Catfish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

fish fillets
lemon or lime juice
garlic salt
cayenne
black pepper
chili powder
red pepper
oil
equal amounts of cornmeal and flour
Preparation

Wash fillets in lemon or lime juice.
Place on paper towel to dry at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Salt to your taste, using a mixture of garlic salt, cayenne, black pepper, chili powder and red pepper.
